Choc Vanilla Mars Bar

I stumbled on this new Mars product at a chemist of all places. This version of the Mars bar has a vanilla flavoured nougat and a chocolate caramel.

Although the description sounded promising, the execution was flawed. I'm not sure if it was the vanilla nougat or the chocolate caramel but it left a nasty aftertaste.

Rating: NQR, 3/10

Lemon & Lime Mentos

A lot of green and gold themed candy was released here in Australia for the Olympics. One of the offerings was the Lemon & Lime Mentos.

The flavours were great, I could have gone for more of a tart/sour hit, but the sweet version the Mentos provided was tasty and I demolished the packet in no time.

Rating: Tasty, sweet lemon and lime flavours, 8/10
